Description
Social Welfare Policy I is designed to deepen familiarity with an appreciation for the history and development of social welfare policies and programs in the United States. Content will focus on understanding the multiple factors that shape social policy (political, economic, and sociocultural); on comparative and international social policy development; and on the application of various models and frameworks for policy.
