Description
Take one day to clear your mind and body of the wear and tear of the daily grind. Learn techniques that allow your body to fully relax and rejuvenate, and experience meditation in the Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, Sufi, and Western traditions. Learn mantra meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. Wear loose clothing, bring a pillow and blanket, and pack a lunch for a day away from the normal routine.
