Description
Meets with SP ED 5450. The purpose of this course is to provide students with a basic undestanding of the needs of learners (ages 0-21) having dual sensory impairments (deaf/blind). The role and characteristics of the transdisciplinary team, learning environments, resources, assessment procedures and instructional strategies are included. Inclusion of transitional and methods to encourage parental involvement.
