Description
What does creating a revenue architecture built around delightful customer experiences have to do with public service and government? Everything! The two things every organization has in common are they all have customers and they all have key success drivers. Regardless of whether an organization is from the private sector or public sector, knowing how to leverage your key success drivers into an architecture that makes your organization work more effectively is serving people. This course teaches two powerful lessons, (1) how to identify and leverage key success drivers in building an organizational architecture that maximizes the use of available funding while minimizing the costs in accomplishing the services you need to provide your audiences (2) empower organizations and their people to be able to consistently and repeatedly create and deliver totally awesome experiences to their audiences going way beyond traditional customer service and satisfaction.
