From cabernet to pinot noir, from pecorino to parmigiano-reggiano, learn the distinctive flavors of the world's red wine and cheeses as we sip and nibble our way through the Americas. We'll sample wines and cheeses from modest to extravagant as we see which best compliments the other. Special fee covers all tastings.
