Description
There's no excuse not to love winter when you know how to skate ski. Great for your mind, body, and soul, skate skiing offers a heady aerobic workout and overall muscle toning while you enjoy fresh air and mountain scenery. We'll cover equipment selection and care; waxing; and techniques for flat, uphill, and downhill skiing. Tips for touring and/or competition will be offered to interested participants. You are responsible for your own equipment. Trail passes are included.
