Description
Experience learning and fun 'hands-on'! Participate in the full range of remarkable outdoor activities provided on the Wasatch front during this adventure-based Club Ute session. Find something delightful about this week if you are an energetic outdoor recreationalist, rock climber, hiker, mountaineer, or just one who enjoys being in the sunshine and frolicking outdoors. Every student enrolled will be able to participate in a session of rock-climbing at Storm Mountain in Big Cottonwood Canyon. Your head will be in the clouds while hiking to beautiful places in the canyons and learning about outdoor theater among the trees. Travel with naturalists and guest artists who will teach us about wildflowers, 'leave no trace' ethics, surviving in the wilderness, outdoor safety and geography. See the colors, hear the sounds, and feel the cool breeze while experiencing Utahs beautiful scenery. Please remember to wear closed-toed shoes, bring sun block, and water bottles daily.
