Description
Spend a night on the patio as we spark up the barbeque with three sumptuous summertime dishes. We'll start with grilled shrimp and sausage skewers basted with a jalapeno and cilantro glaze. Next we'll grill mahi-mahi with mango butter and grilled pineapple salsa. Grilled seasonal vegetables, a Caesar salad, and a dessert surprise round out the fare. Join us under the stars for extraordinary summertime cuisine. Arrive hungry! Sean is the owner and executive chef at the Gateway Grill; he has been a professional chef since 1977, including 14 years at the Deer Valley Resort.
