PROED 110 - Accounting and Budgeting for Non-Accounting Managers II

This course is a continuation of Accounting and Budgeting for Non-Accounting Managers I including a review of financial statements of several public companies, management reporting including financial ratios, and operating and capital budgets. An introduction to SEC, regulatory and industry reporting is also included. There is a discussion of internal controls, internal and external audits, and fraud and embezzlement. This is a core class for the Administration Certificate Program and Management Certificate Program and an elective class for the Purchasing and Supply Management Certificate Program.
