Description
Methods for aligning pay to the job will be discussed. Non-monetary compensation strategies will be explored and compared. Students will learn how to properly conduct a pay survey, job analysis, and classification factors. Ways of motivating employees are also covered. This Program has been approved for recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
