Description
This course will focus on teaching you how to determine what is most important by understanding the organization's big picture, then coordinating all development efforts with the mission and organizational strategic plan in mind. Through creation of tasks and priorities you will learn to track progress toward and evaluate your fundraising goals. The nuts and bolts of this class will examine how fundraising planning includes Marketing/Communications, Donors, Suspects, Prospects and Friends, Tracking and Evaluaing Donors, and Board Responsibilites. This is one of the five core classes in the Fund Development for Nonprofit Organizations Certificate Program.
