Description
Who wants to suffer while they are losing weight? On our mouth-watering menu is cheese-and-spinach-stuffed chicken breasts with tomato salsa; almond-crusted baked halibut on zucchini strips; Southwestern grilled shrimp salad with beans and peppers; curry-scented oven-roasted vegetables; and lemon-ricotta custard with chocolate dipped berries. During this class you'll learn to pound chicken breasts for stuffing; make salsa with fresh tomatoes and herbs; peel and de-vein raw shrimp; julienne vegetables with a vegetable peeler; grill whole shrimp; marinate and roast spring vegetables; and create a gelatin dessert. In addition, you'll be treated to top-of-the-line cooking equipment as you learn in a Viking showroom. Arrive hungry!
