Description
Tapas, or 'small bites' in Spanish, can be considered appetizers or, in combination, a meal in themselves. Learn to prepare these mouth-watering concoctions as we spend an evening pleasing our senses: sea scallops wrapped in prosciutto with basil pesto and a balsamic reduction; antipasto bandilleras; gambas al ajillo (spicy garlic shrimp); Moroccan spiced rack of lamb chops with mint yogurt raita; chorizo -stuffed calamari with smoked tomato sauce; chilled mussel salad In sherry vinaigrette; grilled asparagus with gorgonzola-bacon cream sauce; and Spanish tortilla with roasted peppers, potatoes, herbs and goat cheese.
