Not sure how to use summer's bounty to its best advantage? The secret's in the seasoning! Join us as we create and eat the following menu: grilled herb shrimp with citrus and tarragon; corn-tomato-mint salsa; creamy cilantro dressing; porcini mushroom bruschetta; five-herb, tomato, and mozzarella pasta salad; and tomato and mint-scented steaks. For dessert: warmed peach melba with grilled pound cake and ice cream. Depending on what's new in the market, surprises may be added or substituted. Over 21? Feel free to bring the beverage of your choice. Marguerite is a chef, restaurateur (former owner of Cucina), and food consultant. She appears weekly on KSL-TV as a guest chef. Arrive hungry!
