Description
No single variable can influence the cost of a project more than time. Time is precious. Speed to market is crucial. This course provides hands-on training in the use of project scheduling techniques. Attendees will use Microsoft Project scheduling software to enhance their ability to develop and manage schedules. Students will create Work Breakdown Structures, Network Diagrams, Gannt Charts and Cost and Resource Loaded Baselines Schedules. They will also learn effective techniques for controlling change, updating schedules and managing schedule risk. This course is targeted for an audience with basic and intermediate level project scheduling skills. This course also offers 7 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or 7 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
