Description
Follow the cascade of wildflower blooms across Northern Utah in this four-session class. We'll begin in May, with spring's first blooms in the Red Butte Garden Natural Area, and culminate our experience in the subalpine zone of Albion Basin in August. We'll focus on the plant families common to each area, enjoying the beauty of Utah's native flora as we learn. Please meet at the Stansbury Island trailhead at 8:50 AM (see link for directions); other meeting locations will be distributed at that time. Please bring a notebook to record your findings. Co-sponsored by Red Butte Garden.
