ELI 876 - College Success II

This Bridge Course class is designed to continue to prepare students for academic work at the university level. As in Part One, students must demonstrate their ability to comprehend college lectures and texts used by native speaking students, take efficient notes, and apply the concepts from the lectures and readings to written and oral work. As the course progresses, less and less support is provided by the instructor as learning becomes the responsibility of the student. Students participate in group and individual projects as well as visits to university classes.
