Description
Massage is one of the most positive ways to interact with your baby. Massage is a very bonding and nurturing experience for parents and child, as well as a way to teach about 'healthy touch'. Drawing from Eastern and Western massage techniques, parents will learn how stroking specific parts of their child's body improves well-being for both parent and child. Lecture and hands-on with your baby will be part of each class. This class is suitable for newborns to babies up to 12 months. Older babies (up to two years) may attend if the baby is calm and used to massage. Fee is for one or both parents; please bring your baby. Olivia is a licensed massage therapist with a focus on prenatal and infant massage. Three of her five children have received massage from birth.
