Description
You don't have to travel to Italy to enjoy the rich tastes of this sun-drenched country. See how you can combine fresh Tuscan bread, goat and fontina cheeses, Italian meats, sumptuous tomato and pesto frittatas, and fresh fruit smoothies to make a delicious picnic for an outdoor concert, a stroll in the hills, or to enjoy in your own backyard. At the end of class, we will adjourn to a grassy knoll and eat all we have prepared. Chi mangia bene, mangia Italiano! (Those who eat well, eat Italian.)
