This course provides a foundation in the basic science and ethical analysis of the risks, benefits, realities, and fictions of genetics. Topics include: Behavioral genetics, personalized medicine, cancer genetics, eugenics, population genetics, research ethics, somatic gene therapy, forensic DNA, biowarfare, infectious disease, and more.
