Description
Loving your body no matter its size or shape is a daily practice. Tap into your essence with dynamic breath and movement as we nurture that love and appreciation. During our time together we will practice pranayama, sun salutations, deep stretching, and a restorative shavasana. All shapes and sizes of new or experienced yogis are welcome.
