Description
Are you interested in actively cultivating well-being as you make this important life transition? Come enjoy the camaraderie of women as you relieve fatigue, mood swings, anxiety, and other peri-menopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal symptoms. This 6-week course will focus on supporting physical, spiritual, and mental wellness through the practice of yoga postures, breath work, and self-exploration. No experience is necessary, just a desire to deepen your relationship with yourself. Written materials will support home practice. Please bring a firm blanket to class.
