Description
Utah is home to some of the nation's most spectacular archaeological sites, from the famed rock art galleries of Nine Mile Canyon to the spectacular ruins of Cedar Mesa. But there are hundreds of other localities--lesser known places with names like Sinbad and Black Dragon--where the public can experience the remnants of thousands of years of human occupation. This course will highlight 12 of Utah's best ancient treasures that are accessible and appropriate for public visitation. You'll receive detailed information on how to get there as well as what these sites mean to Utah's cultural heritage.
