H EDU 451 - 001 Swiftwater Rescue Tech
Basic swimming ability is a requirement for this class. Current WFR or higher wilderness medicine certification required. Class requires some weekend meetings: 4/2-3 and 4/8-10. Students must supply some personal safety equipment which they must own, buy, or rent. Contact resue@utah.edu for more information or to be added to the waitlist if class is full. Attendance at first class meeting is mandatory. A fee of $200 is pending and will be charged for this class.
