Description
While essential for organizational success, change is always challenging. The usual assumption is that, with a sound strategy, people will fall into line, resulting in the failure of most efforts. This interactive course, lead by a consultant certified in emotional intelligence (EQ), will address the human dynamics of change. Participants will engage in an action-based EQ change model that helps employees and managers understand their own reactions to change, as well as how to communicate, manage, and sustain it. Participants will leave with a better ability to manage the emotional components of change and with improved personal and leadership effectiveness in the process.
