Description
Do you love the lines and details of beautiful buildings? Are you looking to sell your house, preserve "before and after" photos of your remodeled kitchen, or create a family history of your living space for generations to come? Architectural photography is not just for architects; it's for anyone. In this class, you will learn how to overcome many of the special challenges of architectural photography, such as preserving detail in the sky without underexposing buildings, preserving vertical building lines, balancing different-colored lights, and photographing in the magical light that occurs near sunset. Our first and third classes will be in the computer lab; week two is a field trip. Prerequisite: A basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, as well as Nuts and Bolts (LLART 193), Digital Photography I (LLART 115), or take our quiz: go to www.lifelong.utah.edu or call 801-587-5433.
