Description
Prepare a light and delicious meal with flavors from around the Pacific Rim. We'll indulge our senses with chicken and asparagus soup, Thai tuna spring rolls with cilantro dressing, scallops with ginger relish, stir-fried turkey with broccoli and mushrooms, mixed vegetables in coconut milk, and pineapple fried rice. Asian means lots of slicing, so you'll get both tips and practice on safe and efficient knife use along the way. Bring your favorite knife, a desire to learn and have fun, and your appetite! This hands-on class requires 48-hour advance registration and is limited to 12.
