Description
Do you feel that your life might make a good novel or short story? Do you have a memoir in the works that really wants to be a fiction piece? Writers often use real events as spring boards to their prose. What does fictionalizing a piece of personal history have to offer you? Through sample readings, writing assignments, and critiques of one another's work, we will craft our stories paying special attention to the challenges that arise when we endeavor to turn real life into compelling fiction.
