Description
Looking for a new hobby, want to start a cottage industry, or simply want to satisfy your appetite for exquisite chocolate without breaking the bank? We will learn the art of making truffles, creams, and caramels and of manual chocolate tempering and put these all together into our own custom creations. We will be working with dark chocolate and will sample enough truffles and creams to discover the incredible breadth of flavor combinations available. In addition to technique, we will learn about essential equipment, ingredients (the best available and the vast differences between them), and local resources. This is a hands-on class.
