Discover a path to peace in this meditation workshop open to all levels of practitioners. Students will be led by a Tibetan Lama and introduced to the world of Tibetan Buddhist Meditation. Students will learn Buddhist approaches to dealing with negative emotions and developing positive wisdom. Using the ancient text of the Precious Garland of Nagajurna, students will engage in a dialogue with the lama and practice meditation techniques to promote good ethics and a sense of well-being in everyday life. Please wear comfortable clothing.
