Learn the secret to perfectly aromatic basmati rice, succulent tandoor meats, and more. Please arrive hungry. Students will prepare and enjoy Tandoori Chicken (Indian style spice grilled chicken), Vegetable Korma (mixed vegetables in a coconut based sauce), basmati rice, and Carrot Halwa (a buttery delicious treat). This hands-on class requires 48-hour advance registration.
