Description
Participants learn and apply project leadership skills to more effectively help the team ensure project success. Leadership profiling, team-building and project communication activities provide an exciting, hands-on learning environment. We'll leave class with an understanding of the importance of leadership and communication skills to complement technical management skills; learn to create appropriate alignment among your team members; and understand how to empower the team by generating authority and accountability among team members as they make decisions and accomplish tasks.
