Description
Learn how to preserve fresh vegetables, without cooking, as Korean families have for generations. Kimchi is quickly gaining popularity for its incredible flavor as a condiment and snack. Students will discover which produce makes the best kimchi, various seasonings for different types, and how to age each batch. This demo class will also include opportunities for hands-on interaction. Students will also take home a small jar of fresh kimchi to age and enjoy at home.
