Prerequisite: ED PS 6315; must be taken with or prior to EDU 5321.
Description
The purpose of this course is to assist students in learning about reading development, grades 4-6. Major topics include: phonics, spelling, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Students will learn how to differentiate instruction and also how to conduct informal assessment to make instructional decisions.
