Description
The Master's Project is a capstone course divided over two semesters. Overall, the course involves the completion of an off-site complex information system development, strategic planning or research project. Students work in teams under the supervision of an on-site contact and in consultation with an IS/OIS faculty member. The project objective is to allow the student to integrate knowledge from individual courses and further expose students to new topics or techniques. The first half of the course covers an overview of project expectations, division of teams, development of projects, securing faculty consultation, and ends with creating and submitting a project proposal.
