Description
Want a sure-fire way to please your palette? Homemade pastas! In this hands-on class, we'll start with basic pasta dough, and then use basic rolling machines to make sheets for stuffed ravioli and cut pastas. Once our pasta is prepared, we will focus on fresh pan sauces, pestos, and pasta fillings. Our menu will consist of Basic Pasta Dough, Fresh Basil Pesto, Herbed Pasta with Red Wine and Mushrooms, and Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Butter. Bring your favorite rolling pin! This hands-on class requires 48-hour advance registration.
