Description
An Egg is perhaps the most Genius Ingredient in the Culinary World. Inexpensive, delicious, and protein packed, the egg is humble by nature, but its uses in cooking and baking are something to behold. It is perfect as the main ingredient to breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner and a necessary component to many desserts, cakes and sauces. An egg is so amazing that it can be used whole, or separated into whites and yolks to create numerous sweet and savory dishes. Come to this exciting workshop and learn how to unleash the power of eggs in your own kitchen. We will be preparing Eggs Benedict with Ham and Hollandaise, Potato Zucchini and Goat Cheese Fritatta, and Floating Island Creme Anglaise with Tatotes Meringue. This class requires 48 hour advanced registration.
