Description
Just in time for Valentine's day, learn to make three tantalizing and romantic chocolate desserts in this demonstration class. On the menu is a chocolate mousse, a gluten free chocolate amaretto cake and a chocolate truffle all using a variety of Valrhona chocolates. You'll taste a variety of chocolates in addition to each of the desserts as we discuss their flavor profiles. All recipes will be provided.
