Pate a Choux is an art like no other and leads to beautiful, light, sweet, and savory treats. In this hands on class you will learn how to combine butter, water, flour and eggs into the pastry necessary for Profiteroles, Cream Puffs, Gougeres, and Eclairs. This hands-on class is limited to 12 and requires 48-hour advance registration.
