Practice exercises that will improve your bone strength and reduce your risk of falls by 50 percent. Led by instructors who are experts in physical therapy, this course will cover weight bearing, weightlifting, spine extension, balance exercises, core strengthening, walking, and nutrition. Classes are physical, interactive, motivating, and fun. Wear appropriate clothing.
