Continue your practice by exploring more advanced variations of the principals of balance training. Variations will be presented for every balancing level. You decide your pace, keeping the yoga-style poses simple or making them more challenging. The flexibility portion of the class includes the same lovely poses from level 1. For cushioning and positioning, bring a blanket, two small pillows, and 2 bath towels. Bring an eye cover or additional props if you wish.
