Description
France boasts over 350 different cheeses and many are available in Utah. We will explore eight cheeses from cow, goat, and sheep milks. We will learn about production methods and about the regions of origin of the cheeses, and pair them with wines from France's well-known wine regions. From Alsace to Bordeaux and everything in between, there is so much to learn and enjoy.
