The wine stores are adding new rose wines from Provence and the South of France. These peach colored wines have the longest history of winemaking technique in the world and are so food friendly, it is difficult to find a dish they don't pair perfectly with. Come and see what all of the locals are drinking in Nice, Marseille, and St. Tropez and taste what Utah has added to the rose section of the wine stores. Six wines will be paired with cheese from the South of France. Weather permitting, we will enjoy our wines on the outside patio. Please bring a photo ID that indicates your age to class.
