Description
Learn the secret to making smooth and creamy custards and dessert sauces, as well as creme brulee. In this class, you will learn the techniques to properly cook and temper eggs so you will have smooth custards every time! Sauces will be tasted at the end with cake and fresh berries, and of course we will caramelize our creme brulees right before we enjoy them! This hands-on class is limited to 12 and requires 48-hour advance registration.
