Description
The art of baking bread carries a long and varied history, just as varied as the recipes found in every country throughout the world. Join us for hands-on discovery as we cover the process from beginning to end through instruction of how to create and maintain a starter, how to knead and fold, and the different techniques needed to bake whole wheat flours. On the second day we will put our new skills to work and create our own loaves to enjoy. This hands-on class requires 48-hour advance registration.
