Description
Join the UofU's Entertainment Arts and Engineering Program this summer for a three-class series that explores the concepts of 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering, using some of the most advanced software in the industry such as Autodesk Maya and Adobe Photoshop. Visit research labs in the School of Computing and take fieldtrips to local game and modeling studios. Work alone and in groups as you are guided through the steps necessary to produce high-caliber work. Design and create your own 3-D character from scratch with your work culminating in a character-based animation short.
