Description
This course provides the student with an understanding of the role of ethics in the engineering professional by focusing on specific issues set out by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). Students engage in a discussion of community by examining how the world of social science studies human institutions, cultures, and behaviors. Students then apply the concepts learned to engineering ethics and decision-making processes in national and global communities.
