LLCFT 253 - Mixed Metal Cuff Bracelet

Create a mixed metal cuff bracelet using copper, brass, or bronze and complimentary metals to adorn the cuff. Students will learn to form a cuff on a mandrel; use hammers, stamps, a rolling mill for texturing and learn how to rivet to join metals together in a "cold connection". Creating patinas and finishing will also be discussed. Materials kit includes base metal for cuff and mixing and a small piece of sterling silver sheet to add to the bracelet.
