In this hands on course you will go from being a cheese novice, to making your own amazing mozzarella cheese, in just two hours. Learn the process by which milk coagulates and moves from fluid to curds; then pull and stretch your way to a perfect ball of amazing cheese to take home and devour. This hands-on class requires 48-hour advance registration.
