Are you looking to build muscle, flexibility, stability and symmetry? Are you looking to build core strength? Maybe you're rehabbing from injury, want to reduce the risk of injury or want to improve your favorite sport e.g. golf, tennis, skiing, cycling, hiking, etc. Then move into mat pilates and Total Body Barre classes. Classes are for students of all ages, body types and physiques. Classes focus on posture, correct alignment, and proper breathing; which will help you build a long, lean healthy body at any age. This sampler allows you to attend 10 sessions of Total Body Barre or mat pilates classes at Total Body Pilates. Class schedule can be viewed at Sampler is valid for three months and cannot be renewed within the same term. Activation starts first day of class.
